The femininity of Grasse flowers at the service of the new Miss Dior Rose N’Roses

In 2005, a breath of fresh air began to blow on Avenue Montaigne in Paris, where the famous Dior boutique is located . It was on this date that the brand decided to reinvent one of its most famous perfumes, to give a whole new face to the iconic Miss Dior. Since then, this cult fragrance continues to reinvent itself. This time, the emphasis is on her floral spirit. Miss Dior Rose N’Roses draws its source from the heart of the world capital of perfumery: the city of Grasse, surrounded by its immense fields of flowers stretching as far as the eye can see.

Miss Dior Rose N’Roses, a feminine, luminous and refreshing bouquet

Miss Dior Rose N’Roses is structured in several successive stages. First, it relies on the freshness of typically Mediterranean citrus fruits. It contains in particular tangerine and bergamot. Then, her femininity reappears with a bouquet of roses, absolute icons of the Grasse region. The rose of Grasse is associated with the rose of Damascus, to form a colorful and vibrant bouquet, rich in many reliefs. Note also that these flowers are cultivated by hand, in the purest respect for tradition, to preserve all the richness of their scents. The geraniums, in turn, accentuate the peppery and minty side of this composition, portraying us the portrait of a sparkling and indomitable woman. Finally, Miss Dior Rose N’Roses ends with a hint of brighter white musks.

Miss Dior Rose N’Roses, a fragrance inspired by the cradle of perfumery

To conceive this fragrance, François Demachy, exclusive perfumer of Dior, plunged back into his childhood memories: “With Miss Dior Rose N’Roses, I did not want to create a rose, but rather an abundance of flowers, explains the Creator. I wanted to renew this powerful feeling of nature, as when I was a child in Grasse and when I saw the fields of flowers for the first time, which bloom in May ”. Miss Dior Rose N’Roses thus seems to be a tribute to all the passionate artisans who make Provence the capital of perfumery. Their infinite knowledge of smells reappears here fully, under the expert hand of François Demachy. Get drunk on the scent of Miss Dior Rose N’Roses, close your eyes for a moment, and treat yourself to a getaway in Provence!

The return of the cult bottle of Dior

Of course, the bottle of Miss Dior Rose N’Roses has a very strong family resemblance with its elders. A masterpiece of perfection and sobriety, it is both simple and refined. Its transparent walls are finely sculpted to make the light flowing through it sparkle. Christian Dior’s famous houndstooth motif has not been forgotten and is sandblasted on some of its faces. Its pink color highlights all its femininity, while a silver bow is attached to its collar, echoing one of the strong symbols of the Dior house.
